The purpose of this research was to find a good batching technique for each raw material item to produce fishballs. Lot processes are used to determine the total costs that must be incurred when planning raw materials for each item. The chosen drawing method is the one with the lowest total cost. Ten batch methods are used, including: Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ), Lot for Lot (LFL), Fixed Period Requirements (FPR), Least Unit Cost (LUC), Least Total Cost (LTC), Part Period Balance (PPB), Silver Meal (SM) dan Algoritma Wagner Within (AWW). The result for the raw materials tapioca flour, palm sago, kuniran fish and salt, the selected batching method is fixed order quantity, lot for lot, least unit cost, silver meal dan algoritma wargner Within, total cost of Rp 10,500. Batch method selected for raw materials such as onion, garlic, shallot, sugar, polyphosphate acid, sodium benzoate, etc. has a fixed period requirement, Rp. 5,726 for onion and garlic, Rp. 5,488 for shallot has the least total cost. Rp. 8,823 sugar, Rp. 5.369 polyphosphate, Rp. 5.965 sodium benzoate. Using this method will make company more cost efficient. © 2025 Author(s).
