This study aims to design and develop a digital interactive book on Moodle-based citizenship education. This study is expected to improve students' digital citizenship with the ability to: interpret digital content, create, research, and improve information literacy; think critically about the ethics of the opportunities and challenges of the digital world; and make safe and responsible online choices. The method used is design-based research (DBR). Data collection techniques included literature studies, observations, interviews, and focus group discussions with qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Moodle-based civics education interactive digital book was developed under the name Hyloodle (Hybrid Learning Moodle) and can be accessed on the Learning Management System (LMS) at hyloodle.id. Based on the results of expert validation of the quality of media and material, the digital interactive book of Moodle-based citizenship education is declared to be very relevant to use and able to increase student digital citizenship. © School of Engineering, Taylor's University.
