This study aimed to analyze the impact of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on the Indonesian economy. The study used a descriptive qualitative method, with the main study data taken from several articles published in several mass media and journals. The results of the study showed that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, which in turn predicted Indonesia’s economic growth in two scenarios: 2.3% (heavy) and minus 0.4% (very heavy). The implication of this finding is that the Indonesian government should prepare various post-pandemic COVID-19 policies both related to fiscal and monetary fields. © 2024 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
