Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic has become an international concern and has posed challenges to psychological resilience in all areas. As one of the three pillars of higher education system in Indonesia, students and lecturers play a role in the community through community service program. In keeping with the present situation and circumstances, the community service program conducted this year related to the COVID- 19 global pandemic. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia lecturers and students invented and developed tools used to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The invented and developed tools were disinfectant gate, portable sink, Nano Cabin Healing, SP-WASH-O Dual Chamber Automatic Disinfectant, masks and hand sanitizer. The innovation and development of these tools are part of partnership among lecturers, students, and the Anti- COVID-19 Brigade Team in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Besides, it is also part of community service programs conducted by students who are members of the UPI Organization Movement Unit Team (SGO-UPI). The students shared foods, masks, and hand sanitizers to the locals live around the university. All the community service programs were conducted to break the COVID-19 spread chain as well as to overcome and reduce the negative impacts caused by the pandemic primarily from the community’s public health, environment, and economic condition. © 2024 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
