Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of a group of tools that are being integrated into various parts of education, particularly mathematics. Few studies, however, have thoroughly explored research trends in integrating ICT for mathematics learning. As a result, this paper examines research trends from 2019 to 2023 in depth and methodically. This review discovered 16 journal articles from the top indexing databases, Scopus and ERIC, using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. The literature was examined and classified into five themes: research trends, research sites, education levels, ICT types, and ICT's involvement in mathematics learning. According to the findings of the study, the integration of ICT in mathematics learning is widely implemented in Indonesia at the secondary school level, employing a variety of technologies, and has a significant impact on increasing students’ mathematical ability. This synthesis review of ICT-integrated mathematics learning is intended to help both academics and practitioners, providing new directions for inquiry in mathematics learning. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
