The 2023 World Risk Report states that Indonesia is ranked second as the country most prone to natural disasters in the world with a global risk index score of 43.50. One of the reasons why Indonesia has a high potential for disasters is because it is traversed by the Pacific Ocean. The government's efforts in post-disaster handling have been carried out, but the current handling scheme is still considered inefficient, giving rise to several new problems such as the accumulation of disaster logistics or shortages of disaster logistics. Based on this, it is necessary to design a post-disaster handling system that is more efficient, accurate, and reliable. In general, this research method is engineering design systems. This system uses blockchain technology to integrate the information needed for post-disaster management in collaboration with several stakeholders, namely the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), Hospitals, and National Social Services. Information will be input by stakeholders, then it will be entered into a block system that cannot be changed and displayed on the system as a form of transparency. This scheme aims to increase transparency and accountability of disaster logistics needs and post-disaster logistics distribution. The results of this initial research show that the system design is feasible, meets needs, and is ready for further system development with a pilot project in the province of West Java, Indonesia. © School of Engineering, Taylor’s University.
