This paper is an improvement from the previous paper which discussed the traffic situation on the Cinunuk-Cileunyi Line (Jalur Cibiru Cileunyi, JCC), also known as Cinunuk street, which located in east of Bandung District, WestJava, Indonesia. This paper discuss about adding features to the simulation model, namely the situation of obstacles for all of T-junction points along the JCC. Through simulation, we analysed the various causes of traffic congestion at JCC. Sometraffic engineering alternatives can be perform to minimize congestion, such as opening and closing the flow of traffic intersections. However, based on the volume increment of vehicles, various traffic engineering that applied at JCC are actually not significantly solve the problem. As the government planned years ago, one of the best alternatives is to builda clear ring circumference (Jalur Lingkar Cileunyi, JLC), as an additional road to solve the traffic congestion to solve or at least to reduce the congestion problem at JCC. © 2023 Author(s).
