Abstract

Employee performance is the result of the work of each individual who works for a company. Subjective decision making in evaluating employee performance in manufacturing companies can cause dissatisfaction for employees who have worked hard but are considered less contributing. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to produce objective decision making. In this research, the author applies MOORA as a decision-making method to evaluate employee performance in manufacturing companies. The assessment criteria used in this study are work quality, discipline, responsibility, honesty, and teamwork. The results of this study show that alternative A5 (0.13574) has the highest value compared to alternatives A1 (0.12563), A4 (0.11733), A3 (0.10994), and A2 (0.04288). Based on the rules contained in the MOORA method, it is stated that the alternative that has the highest value than other alternatives is the best alternative. Therefore, in this study it is concluded that alternative A5 is the employee with the best performance in manufacturing companies. © 2026 Author(s).
