This article aims to systematize and provide a structure for research into the vocational education development. We use the Scopus database as a reputable source of scientific literature for bibliometric analysis. It uses VOSviewer software as a bibliometric analysis tool to visualize author networks, countries, years published, journals, and keywords. The analysis conducted on June 19, 2022, found a total of 342 documents in the period from 2011 to 2021. The results showed that in the last 10 years the number of publications about vocational development has increased significantly. The United States is the largest contributor to publications in the world. The journal Routledge is the publisher that publishes the most documents on vocational development. Keyword analysis shows that the study of vocational development in the last 10 years is on themes related to gender, employment, and career exploration. The bibliometric analysis presented provides information relevant to vocational development related to career development from early childhood to adulthood. © School of Engineering, Taylor’s University.
