Abstract

This research aims to optimize employee training programs in service organizations using the MOORA method. In a service organization that provides employee training program services, the quality of employee training programs is the most priority that must be optimized in order to attract a wide range of companies. One of the influential factors in the process of improving the quality of employee training programs is the trainer. Trainers have the responsibility of providing professional learning services to each trainee. Therefore, in the process of optimizing employee training programs in a service organization, it is necessary to apply rewards to trainers who have good work performance, so that each trainer is motivated to improve their quality in order to help the company achieve predetermined goals. As an effort to minimize decision-making errors in determining trainers who are entitled to receive rewards, researchers offer the application of the MOORA method. The results of this study concluded that the MOORA method can optimize employee training programs in service organizations objectively. Based on the calculation results of the MOORA method in making decisions to select alternatives entitled to rewards, alternative A2 (48,21184193) which has the highest preference value Yi is recommended as the best trainer who is entitled to a reward. © 2026 Author(s).
