This study investigates the effect of online coaching on teachers' ability in compiling and performing the RADEC learning model expected to stimulate pupils' creativity on the topic of mixture separation and electricity. This research was a one-shot case study type with four lower secondary school science teachers that were chosen based on purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used were lesson plan analysis sheets, teaching analysis sheets, and interview guides. The result of this study shows that online coaching can equip teachers with the ability to design and implement the RADEC learning model. However, it has not been able to equip teachers with the ability to develop pupils' creativity optimally on the concept of separation mixture and electricity. This indicates that an improvement is needed for the next coaching, in which teachers show their comprehension in a form of microteaching before they teach in an online classroom platform. The online coaching on the RADEC learning model still needs refinement. Teachers need more coaching portion on pre-learning questions so they could develop pupils' creativity well. © School of Engineering, Taylor's University
