This study aims to produce a computer vision-based application product to calculate pull-up movements automatically, test how the system works and optimal conditions work well. This study uses an experimental methodology which is a method in pure quantitative research. Testing and data collection based on system reading results in calculating pull-up movements obtained from camera captures in real time. In this test the height of the pole as a pull-up medium is 2.5 meters. The dependent variable in this trial is the result of automatically calculating the pull-up movement. While the independent variables in this study are the outdoor light intensity, the distance between the camera and the subject, and the height of the camera and the subject. The results showed that the optimal system working conditions were at light levels above 2874 lux, with a camera height of 2.4 - 2.6 m and a camera distance of 0.6 - 1 m to the subject. In addition, a stable internet network is needed to send data to the database. The results of this research in the form of an application can be useful to assist examiners in assessing pull-up tests with a large number of participants. This research can also be used as a reference in the use of computer vision systems in sports. © 2025 Author(s).
