This research examines the significance of strategic alliances in the defense sector, focusing on their contribution to improving both national and regional security. Through bibliometric analysis, the study investigates publication trends and citation patterns related to defense partnerships, with an emphasis on military collaboration, technological progress, and intelligence sharing. The findings underscore the growing importance of such alliances, particularly since 2017, with organizations like NATO demonstrating the benefits of enhanced military capabilities and regional stability. However, challenges such as conflicting national priorities and political differences hinder the effectiveness of these partnerships. Future studies should explore the effects of technological advancements and the involvement of non-state entities in defense collaborations.
