People's busyness and age factors can affect their adherence to taking medication regularly. Smart Medicine Box is a mobile health care device designed to help remind users to take medication by using sound alarms and message notifications on the user's smartphone. In addition, these devices can also dispense medicines automatically and eliminate the need to serve them manually, IoT in medicine is aimed at keeping people safe and healthy where the main goal is to reduce health care costs. Communication between devices and mobile applications is carried out over a WiFi network using the Cloud MQTT communication protocol. This mobile application has functions to operate the device, such as entering drug data and scheduling drug use, as well as sending data between the mobile application and the database so that users can access information easily. The application can also display message notifications when it's time for the user to take medication. This device uses the Fuzzy Logic method based on MATLAB software. Fuzzy Logic here we input four variables that are used as parameters for the servo rotating or not with different value ranges, Ultrasonic 2cm-4.7cm, Drawer Condition 0 and 1, Humidity 0-54% and 66-100%, RTC 0 and 1, and Output Servo results with a note that if there are 4 variables then the servo will move and if one of the 4 variables is not he then the servo will not move, the results of Fuzzy Logic in MATLAB are implemented on the device Loud In Circles. © 2025 Author(s).
