A total of 55 guppy fish (P. reticulata) with an average individual weight of 3.1 g were kept in five aquarium (10 × 10 × 20 cm) with a density of five fish/aquarium maintained for 30 days. The artificial feed used in this experiment was formed as paste-shaped feed with a percentage of fish meal substitution with larval flour Black Soldier Fly according to treatment. There are 5 levels of substitution: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% & 100%. The research method used is an experimental method. The experiment design was a complete randomized design. The results showed that the test feed with fish meal substitution with different maggot flour gave a very significant effect (P < 0.05) on the specific growth rate, length, and had no significant effect (P > 0.05) on the weight growth rate, feed conversion ratio, and efficiency of Guppy (P. reticulata) fish feed utilization. The results showed that a survival rate of 100% for all treatments. Specific growth (SGR) weights range from 0.21 - 0.49% / day, Specific growth (SGR) lengths range from 0.24 - 0.77% / day with feed conversion (FCR) 2.23 - 4.0. From the ANOVA analysis it can be concluded that for the best length and specific growth rate (SGR), maggot can replace fish meal in test feed up to 25 - 50%, with a feed conversion ratio (FCR) of 2.23 - 2.69. © 2020 UKSS and NASS
