Ethical orientation and ethics implementation are transparency prospectus in presenting company information; ethics in business is needed to establish the trust of prospective stock buyers. This study discusses the orientation, implementation of ethics and its impact on the prospects of companies going public. The research method applied is a quantitative approach with data collection originating from prospectus companies of prospective issuers published in 2018-2019 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are taken randomly. The results showed there was no significant relationship between ethical orientation and ethical implementation of companies going public at 18.9%. © 2020, Primrose Hall Publishing Group.
