Engineering practical teaching is an important part of the learning process for engineering majors in higher education institutions, and its quality directly affects students’ professional skills. However, due to the lack of a systematic evaluation mechanism for the quality of practical teaching. It is difficult to accurately evaluate and compare the quality and effectiveness of teaching in practical teaching. Based on the feedback from a questionnaire survey on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness among graduates and current students majoring in Transportation Engineering at Anhui Sanlian University, construct a scientifically reasonable and comprehensive quality indicator system department; Simultaneously based on B/S architecture, using Python+Django framework to develop and construct a practical teaching effectiveness evaluation system. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
