Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing education by streamlining administrative processes, enhancing learning experiences, and enabling personalized assessments. This chapter explores AI's role in the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework, focusing on curriculum design, interdisciplinary learning, assessment automation, and AI literacy. AI facilitates adaptive evaluations, aligning student competencies with industry needs while reducing educators' workload. However, ethical concerns such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and academic integrity must be addressed. Establishing transparent governance frameworks ensures responsible AI integration.
