Abstract

Study on external an internal micribiota in imago of Graphium agamemnon and Doleschalia bisaltidae was conducted to know the presence of bacteria if any. The result showed that imago of Graphium agamemnon and Doleschalia bisaltidae has many bacteria. The appearance of bacteria gram (+) was more numerous than gram (-) one. The fore gut and mid gut showed gram (+) bacteria correlated with the presence of alkalinity. Their presence was influenced by location, characteristics and feeding habits. © MPH.
