The teacher is the most essential factor in the student learning process. They are required to improve student's skills through the use of strategies and learning content. One part of the effort to assist teachers in overcoming various problems related to learning in the classroom is the teacher professional development program (TPD). Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) are closely related to science learning. There are no STEM teachers, so those who usually teach STEM are science teachers in Indonesia. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is a science material and part of integrated learning. ESD is one of the science materials and is part of integrated learning. The TPD program is expected to help science teachers develop STEM-ESD learning in the classroom. This study aims to design a TPD program in STEM-ESD learning. The method used in this research was descriptive-qualitative. This TPD program is aimed at science teachers in Indonesia. The design of the STEM PD program developed in this study was carried out through the Teacher-Expert-Community Partnership (TECP), which consisted of two programs: core and companion programs. The core program consisted of six stages: orientation, identification, think, design, implementation, and evaluation. Companion programs consisted of six steps: self-introduction, identification, trying, reflection, networking, and self-evaluation. The TPD program for STEM-ESD learning was designed to suit the characteristics of STEM-ESD learning in science learning. The TPD program aspires to teachers' continuous professional development and enthusiasm for lifelong learning. © 2025 Author(s).
